Q: Can this be fitted to my existing toilet?
A: No. The VIP odor removal system design is incorporated into the porcelain and tank 
interior making this a one-piece design.

Q: Do I need to do construction to install this toilet?
A: No. This toilet installs the same as most toilets, with no construction required. 

Q: Do I always have to use the fan system?
A: No. The fan system is your option to use or not and the toilet operates normally 
with or without the system on.

Q: What kind of power does it require?
A: The ORS operates on 12 volt DC which can either be plugged into a GFIC wall outlet 
or you can use The VIP rechargeable battery option.

Q: How long will the rechargeable battery last?
A: The rechargeable battery has 40-hour alternate usage expectancy. For example, if 
you use the system in 10-minute sessions you can expect over 200 sessions before 
recharging is necessary.

Q: What colors are available?
A. Currently, we offer ivory and white with matching seats. Other colors will soon be 
available.

Q: What if I want to put a different seat on it, will it fit?
A. Yes, most elongated toilets seats will fit. Shapes may slightly vary through different
manufactures.

Q: What happens with the water, could it go up into the ORS?
A. No. The area in which the fan operates is a sealed location separated from the water. 
The toilet is designed not to allow water within the fan area. The fan, although powerful
enough to move odorous air it is not powerful enough to pull water through the air 
chambers.

Q: Is DC electric safe in my bathroom?
A. DC power is one of the safest methods around wet locations, also known as low voltage. 
All the internal electrical parts are individually certified by Underwriters Laboratories 
and other safety organizations. 

Q: Will this toilet remove germs and bacteria with the fan system?
A. That's a difficult question to answer. Theory has it that germs and bacteria are 
airborne with odor at the time of elimination. If the theory holds true, then yes The 
VIP toilet would remove whatever germs and bacteria are airborne along with the odor.

Q: Why would I buy this when I can use deodorizing sprays?
A. The air sanitizers and sprays, although they smell nice, they are still made of 
chemicals designed to eliminate or mask odors. With The VIP toilet there won't be any 
need to ingest these chemicals because there will be no odors to mask.


Q: Why is this different than my ceiling exhaust fan?
A. The ceiling exhaust fan is good at removing moisture, As far as removing odors, by 
the time the odor gets to the ceiling fan the entire room is unpleasantly overwhelmed. 
When activated, The VIP removes odor at the source, never allowing odorous air to escape 
from the seat area.
